Thank you for being interested in my work! My name is Chromie, I'm a 24 year old character designer and digital artist. This is my custom design commission sheet. When commissioning me, you automatically agree to my TOS.

TOS

1. I maintain rights to the artwork commissioned in any form.2. I have the right to decline any commission.3. The purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.4. There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs and finished commissions.5. Payment must be received upfront before the commission will be started. If the commission payment has not been given within 48 hours, the commission will be cancelled.6. Use of my artwork claiming it to be created by yourself is strictly prohibited.7. Tracing/heavy referencing/removal of my watermark from my artwork is prohibited.8. Refunds will lessen in value with each update given. This will be discussed with the individual if it comes to it.9. Paypal is required for payment.10. Reselling my work as though it is your own by any means will add you to a personal blacklist, and you will be unable to buy from me in the future. This includes resale of my designs and stating you designed it, selling my artwork, etc.11. I do not work with NFTs.Design TOS1. I must be credited as the original creator of the design2. The buyer gains all rights to the design once it is sold. This includes using the design in any way they see fit, redesigning the character, etc.3. Resale of my designs is allowed. Raffled designs cannot be sold unless artwork is added to them.4. Additional art- commissioned or not- may add to the price of the design. Non-commissioned artwork should only add half the value of the piece.5. I am not responsible for the actions of those I sell designs to.6. I do not refund premade designs.

Sketch Designs

Sketch designs start at $35 and can increase depending on design complexity.These come with a sketchy fullbody design and color palette.

Build a design ref

These references are exclusively for custom designs. If you only want a solo fullbody with no extra reference added on, that's the Fullbody Design price.

Reference sheets are only for lined + colored custom designs. Sketch customs cannot have a reference sheet attached.
